Build with clarity. Clear expectations create better client relationships.
01
Our Services
Practical digital solutions for modern businesses.
GigaGrowth provides web development, eCommerce, custom software, CRM and ERP, AI agents, voice systems, chatbots, automation, SEO, advertising, email, social, branding, analytics, consulting, and ongoing support. Exact scope is defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
02
Project Scope
What is included is defined before we build.
Proposals may specify deliverables, features, integrations, milestones, timeline, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities, revisions, maintenance, and support. Work outside scope may require an additional fee or revised timeline.
03
Client Responsibilities
Great work requires collaboration.
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, brand assets, access, content, feedback, approvals, and other materials reasonably required. Clients must have rights to materials they provide.
04
Project Timelines
Timelines depend on the project and people involved.
Delivery dates depend on feedback, content, approvals, third parties, technical requirements, scope changes, and unexpected issues. Delays outside our reasonable control may adjust the timeline.
05
Fees & Payments
Payment terms are defined in your proposal.
Fees, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, and schedules are specified in the applicable agreement. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, hosting, domains, advertising spend, subscriptions, API usage, and external costs unless explicitly included.
06
Late Payments, Revisions & Approvals
Keeping projects moving requires timely collaboration.
Overdue payments may pause work or services. Revision limits are defined by the proposal. Once approved, substantial changes or new requirements may be additional work.
07
Third-Party Services
Some projects depend on platforms we do not control.
External platforms, APIs, hosting, advertising, payment, AI, analytics, and communications services have their own terms, pricing, availability, limitations, and policies. GigaGrowth is not responsible for their outages or changes.
08
AI & Automation Services
AI systems are powerful tools—but not infallible.
AI may generate, classify, summarize, recommend, communicate, or automate based on available information. Clients are responsible for appropriate human review, decisions made using AI outputs, and legal and industry compliance. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation, revenue, conversions, or replacement of human judgment.
09
Marketing & Performance
Results depend on many factors.
We use reasonable professional efforts, but do not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, traffic, social growth, return on ad spend, or other performance. Results depend on competition, budgets, platforms, customer behavior, and market conditions.
10
Intellectual Property
Your deliverables. Our underlying tools.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final custom deliverables identified in the agreement. GigaGrowth retains pre-existing materials, processes, frameworks, templates, components, tools, code libraries, and know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.
11
Confidentiality & Client Materials
Business information should be treated with care.
Both parties agree to use reasonable care with confidential information. Clients retain ownership of content and represent that they have rights for GigaGrowth to use it. Separate confidentiality agreements may apply.
12
Website Use
Use GigaGrowth responsibly.
You may not violate law, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with functionality, scrape without permission, misrepresent identity, infringe rights, abuse systems, or use services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
13
Warranties, Liability & Indemnification
Professional services, not guarantees of outcomes.
Services are provided with reasonable professional care, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable engagement. Clients remain responsible for their materials and unlawful use.
14
Suspension, Termination & Force Majeure
Either side may end an engagement according to its agreement.
Services may be suspended for overdue payments, missing access, material breach, or legal and operational risk. Fees already earned remain due. GigaGrowth is not responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including outages, disasters, cyber incidents, government actions, or technology failures.
15
Changes, Governing Law & Disputes
Let's resolve issues directly whenever possible.
We may update these Terms. Parties should first seek good-faith resolution, with project-specific agreements controlling where they differ. Invalid provisions will be limited while the rest remains effective.
